In the CBET 1707 there is a text "independent discoverers, reported following the posting to CBAT unconfirmed objects page". These independent discoverers are Mikko Päivinen and Petri Kehusmaa. As a discoverers the CBET 1707 says Cortini, Antonellini from Italy. Markku Nissinen and Veli-Pekka Hentunen photographed the confirmatrion image of the discovery (many others did it also) with the RAS Observatory (Mayhill, New Mexico) GRAS 1 -telescope.
