Taurus Hill Observatory research team members Veli-Pekka Hentunen and Markku Nissinen were successful when they discovered supernova SN 2009bt with Cortini, Jacques and Pimentel 24.3.2009. Hentunen and Nissinen were the first ones who measured the correct location of the SN 2009bt. This supernova is the first one that has been discovered with the THO Celestron C14 -telescope.
