Taurus Hill Observatory bought a new telescope for the Sun observations. The Lunt LS60 h-alpha -telescope has been discovered to be a very excellent telescope for the visual observation purposes. It is also very easy to use the Lunt-telescope for the photographing of the Sun. It has a thread for the T-ring that is used in photographing with most of the digital SLR cameras. Below You can see some first light pictures taken by Markku Nissinen (the first picture) and Harri Vilokki (the second picture).
