Veli-Pekka Hentunen photographed three comets at Taurus Hill Observatory 2./3.3.2008. The weather was quite poor, the mist was present and few times Veli-Pekka has to stop the photographing due the rain. The temperature varied between -6 celcius degree and -10 celsius degree.

Comet 46P/Wirtanen: Picture below is combine of 13x60 sec. exposured picture. No filters were used for photographing. The time of photographing was 19:22 - 19:42 finnish time. The field of view is 10x8 arc minutes. The dim star near the comet is GSC 1788-178.

Comet C/2008 C1 (Chen-Gao): Picture below is combine of 2x300 sec. and 7x200 sec exposured pictures. No filters were used while photographing this object. The time of photographing was 00:05 - 00:40 finnish time. The field of view is 10x7 arc minutes. The bright star just below the comet is GSC 3690-902.

Komeetta C/2007 W1 (Boattini): Picture below is combine of 3x200 sec. exposured picture. No filters were used while photographing this object. The time of photographing was 00:53 - 01:05 finnish time. The field of view is 11x8 arc minutes. The bright star upper right from the comet is GSC 5534-229.
